Kasey Dress
Kasey is a playful dress with her bright colors and flirty style. She buttons down from the neck to the waist. The cinch-tie waist has swingy coral tassels which sit atop the tiered skirt. The long sleeves are gathered at the wrist so you can wear them long or push them up (and they'll stay).
