Moral of the story: we want you to love your Grove goodies- so if you don't, let's fix it!
The Grove is a small shop, so we ask you to please return the items you aren't loving as quickly as you can- it gets weird when a sweater is next to a bathing suit on the rack!
Returns can be managed in your account (top right of the page👆), or reach out to us (customerservice@thegrovewp.com) and we're happy to help you navigate the process.

Don't forget to include your contact info- the refund goes back automatically on your original payment method, but we want to make sure we keep it straight!
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned. Swim, intimates, seasonal, and customized items are non-returnable.
Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to swap sizes or colors, please place a new order within 2 days of delivery and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order. If you're not sure about the fit, use that chat button in the bottom right and send a message. It goes right to our phones, so if we're awake, we're probably near by!

Received something that's not really your style? No problem! Send it on back and we'll give you a store credit to spend in-store or online.
