SOURCE BOTTLES: Recycled plastic bottles and post-industrial waste are collected worldwide, with a special focus on areas at highest risk for plastic pollution.

MAKE THE CHIP: Waste material is chopped, ground, washed, melted and reformulated into high-quality REPREVE chip.

FORM THE FIBER: That chip is then melted into liquid polymer and extruded through tiny openings in a spinneret, creating continuous filaments that form REPREVE fiber.

PROCESS THE YARN: Fiber becomes yarn through spinning and air-jet texturing.

IT’S IN THE BAG: The finished yarn is turned into a sustainable fabric, which we use to create HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket Bags.

Does this backpack design fit other items beyond my Sauna Blanket?
Yes! A few. This bag was designed to fit a folded Sauna blanket and worn as a backpack to make it easy to take your spa system with you. When stored properly, there should be enough room at the top of your bag to pack your Sauna Blanket Towel Insert ,cleaners and some of your personal belongings like laptop etc.
