I believe that eating healthy can be flavorful and fun!
As a former professional pastry chef and all-around food fanatic, I’ve always incorporated natural and healthful things into my life. But when my health was declining, and I was ultimately was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disorder, I started to take what I eat more seriously. I adopted a Paleo protocol as a means to minimize symptoms, and it’s been life-changing.
I love to share what I’ve learned. It has been truly transformative. I am the creator of the website livingdelishandnutrish.com, and I develop paleo and Whole30-compatible recipes with nutrient-packed ingredients.
