The favorite ruffle skirt now available in a silky 4-way stretch fabric.
A flirty, feminine skirt made to take you around town. The Ruffle has a 3" wide waistband sewn for a slimming fit. The top layer features wide pockets and the bottom layer dips in the back for a little extra length where many of us need it!
Each skirt has spandex shorts are finished with silicone grips at the base of the legs. Cell phone pocket sewn into spandex shorts.
